Christian life

Idk who said you have to be perfect and listen to societies rules but being a CHRISTIAN does not mean you are perfert. Nor does it mean you have the right to judge others. I smoke weed, I curse, I did a lot of things I may not be proud of but these are not them. … and most people would swear I don’t know Jesus.

Someone will definitely judge you for drinking a few beers and saying “shit” or “Fuck” when your game is loosing or if you hit your big toe… That is them… definitely not me.. Not if you are like my husband and cusses and swings at the air when playing a game on xbox I might say “ hey settle down” or “calm down” but that is about it.

I definitely don’t like cussing to the point its every other word but I don’t mind ocassionally curse words. It is hard to explain but basically we go through this phase and curse non stop when we are younger adults because we are FREE. (haha) Well most of us do… then it becomes whatever and dies down a bit.

Anyways, all of this has nothing to do with having a love for Jesus. It infuriates me when people that are supposedly Christian but use curse words or smoking weed as a justification to call out someones faith. Shouldn’t you question your own faith, if you are busy trying to look at ways someone isn’t “Christian enough”????…..

I never wanted to here about anyone's faith and just kept to myself. Believing in God but not knowing much else. I didn't go to church much and from the experience I had, I thought all people who had a faith were just judgmental assholes. I didn't want to be a part of that and now I realize there are judgmental buttheads within the place of faith.

I am not all that surprised.

What I do want to let people know, especially, if you are not sure what you believe in. Research what each faith that seems appealing to you and see what you believe is true. Also, be open to people who invite to the event or a service at their place of worship. Remember that a person or a few people don't represent a whole faith/religion and it all depends on where you go, even if you don't like a Christian church because of the pastor or people try another Christian church, maybe? Lastly, remember you are not perfect and that isn't a bad thing - if anyone or group tries to ridicule you for not being so, then leave that place or group of people immediately. It is in my opinion, any faith/religion or form of relationship with God or divine power should empower you and give you a moral boundary of understanding.

Who side are you on?

I am a woman who sees women being ridiculous and I have to take the bullshit along with a bunch of others because these fucking ridiculous women. smh... Why do you have to nag your man as soon as he opens the door? He don't even got his foot in the house before you nagging at shit he hasn't done or how he did something wrong. Let him relax. Most people like to take off their shoes and even change into something more comfortable. Let him do all that. Shit man. This bothers me because men automatically think that when a woman got something to complain about that it has no importance because from their experience with past chicks that its something stupid and small, that can wait at least a little bit so he can settle in his home. JEEZ! I know there are men that feel me on this. But are there some other women that feel me? Like before I can get a word out they tripping on me. Saying "why all you women gotta complain??" I do have to admit though women do complain about a ...

For some reason... Paulina's Thoughts #5

I can't focus these days.  Besides it being hot and the excruciating cramps from a very late period (do to exercising so much-too much info?  Get over it lmao) I should be able to focus now that I am in a library with AC and no distractions. Sigh...  It started when I started watching a show on Netflix  that was suppose to kill time not make me feel this way.  I feel so angry and sad. I know the show is fake of course but the love situation has reminded me of my biggest issue with men and why I pull away from dating. I am tired of being so easy to let go.  D didn't fight for me and Zachary didn't either. Even after I told Zachary how much it hurt not to being fought for after 3 years of dating D and Zachary did what he did. Zachary didn't fight for me either. After he said he would never give up on me and us. But he did and in a horrible & messy way at that. My thing is I was so important to these men but when it came time to show it and FIGHT.  T...

Awareness - Cyberbullying - LGBTQ

YOUTH CYBERBULLYING AMONG CURRENT OR FORMER FRIENDS AND DATING PARTNERS      This article speaks about a study that focuses on cyberbullying and the likeness of who the aggressors may be. This study is important because it brings awareness on the issues of bullying. There are many forms and sometimes we don't notice we are a bully or being bullied. However, this specific article brings attention that people who are within the LGBTQ community are 4x more likely to be bullied! 4x! How ridiculous is that?! Not to mention old or current friends and someone you dated or are dating are more likely to be the ones that start the cyberbullying. I say start because once something catches enough people's attention it goes viral. Making it more difficult to stop it and get control of the situation as far as online goes.       Why do I believe cyberbullying to be a major issue that we should concern ourselves with? Well, many of us know s...
